Coronavirus – COVID 19 | NOTICE TO CLIENTS
At Gadsby Nichols it has been decided as a business we need to be prepared to handle COVID 19 and ensure the business will continue to function in the event of staff self-isolation or limited office closure.

This notice sets out how we will do this providing our ongoing high standards of service.

We have IT resources which will ensure the continued functionality to meet all our clients needs in the event of our staff having to self-isolate and/or work from home.

SPECIFIC ISSUES WITH WHICH WE REQUIRE YOUR COOPERATION
1. Please use the hand sanitizer in reception upon arrival, and if you wish, throughout your visit and upon leaving.

2. Please do not feel offended if in light of present health concerns a handshake is dispensed with when you meet with your agent/surveyor in person, whether at the commencement of any meeting or its conclusion.

3. If you are feeling unwell, please cancel any meeting with your agent/surveyor. If a family member or anyone you have been in contact with has returned from a listed country (as updated) by the Government, which requires such persons to self-isolate, please do not attend the offices or any viewing or valuation appointment until any test result is known. In terms of viewings, either as a vendor or indeed potential viewer, if you are feeling unwell  please cancel any viewing.

4. If your agent/surveyor/negotiator is self-isolating – You will be informed of this and contact will continue as normal via phone or email. Your agent/surveyor/secretary/negotiator will also be available to assist, as would other members of the relevant team. 5. Temporary office closure – You will be informed of this via email or phone. Additionally, there will be a recorded voice message on our main telephone line with further instructions. All calls to surveyors, agents, negotiators, direct dial telephones will be diverted to our mobile phones. At Gadsby Nichols it is our aim in putting our people and clients first and clearly in the short term we are going to be talking more and meeting up less.
