Our Commercial Team are pleased to announce the sale of a valuable investment property off Friar Gate.
Within 16/17 Friar Gate a former Doctors house, and now accommodating Zizzi’s, the additional space has been sold for an undisclosed sum. Commenting on the sale, our Director Andrew Nichols, states “our marketing initiatives generated a significant level of interest and a number of bids were received on the property, and we’re delighted to learn that completion has taken place to the preferred purchaser”.
The freehold interest in the property was marketed with a guide price of £825,00 (eight hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds).
