Gadsby Nichols celebrates over thirty years in the property industry in the Derby and Derbyshire area, and is the new name in 2014 from the highly respected, Derby-based former commercial and residential property consultancies, originally known as Harpur Gadsby, then Gadsby Orridge.
Gadsby Nichols have moved offices in 2014 from their original base for thirty-five years, at Royal Buildings, Victoria Street to prestigious and modern new offices in the heart of the ‘Cathedral Quarter’ opposite Derby Cathedral, in an area of high pedestrian flow.
With both residential and commercial offices now residing in Iron Gate, Derby, we offer a wealth of local knowledge, backed by a thorough understanding of the ever-changing commercial and residential property markets.
